Returns and Refunds
Return & exchange service is offered to customers located in Canada, the United States and China. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Return & exchange service is not offered to International orders(outside of Canada, the United States and China).
Customers will be able to return Order(s) within 7 days after the package sign date. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, the Order(s) will not be eligible for return. Once we received your return/exchange request in email within 7 days after package sign date, you are eligible to return or change.
To return one or more items from an order:
1. Please contact us at email@example.com if you want to return the item(s). Please provide ORDER# + RETURN (or EXCHANGE) in the subject or body of your email. Please also include the item name in the body of the email.
A customer service representative will reply you Mon. - Fri. 9AM - 9PM EDT.
2. The item must be unused and in the same original condition when you received it. The item must not been worn, washed, stained, or damaged. Every item is checked and kept in record prior to ship out, intentional damage is not acceptable for return.
3. Customer service representative will send shipping address to your email.
4. Please ship packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number
In These Situations Listed Below, Blancore Does Not Offer The Refunding And Exchanging Services:
1. Customer request return after 7 day of the parcel signed date
2. Discount products are not eligible for return or exchange
3. Products that have been modified
4. Products that lose tags, labels. Products that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
5. International orders
Blancore Customer Service Team will inform you the refund information after receive and inspect the parcel. If the return package is eligible for return, The refund amount will be issued to your original payment method (Paypal, Debit/Credit card, Alipay) and you will be informed via Email. If you have a delayed or missing refund situation, please contact your credit card company for more information.
